Surgeries
If you or a loved one are having surgery, let us know a couple days ahead of time by emailing or calling us at 937-898-8811.  We'll arrange for a Ministry Staff member to be there before the surgery to meet and pray with you.  Because of the number of people at CLC, we can only make these visits available to CLC congregants.

Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency or family crisis, please call us at 937-898-8811, Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.  After business hours, press 5 to reach the on-call pastor.
If you have a non-emergency prayer request, please let us know here.
If you are a CLC congregant and need financial or food assistance, please call the church at 937-898-8811.

Nursing Homes
If a CLC congregant is in a nursing home within the CLC area, requests for visits need to be made through Pastoral Care. Visits are made by the Visitation Ministry within their time constraints.

Financial Care
If you are a CLC congregant and have fallen on hard times, we want to provide sound financial care for you based on God's Word.  For financial assistance, you will need to follow the steps outlined.
